职责描述:<br/>1. QMS System Monitoring 质量管理体系监测:<br/>- Work with every applicable function within the site to determine the appropriate process improvement. <br/>- Implement actions to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS for the assigned site.<br/>跨职能合作沟通,确定工艺流程改进方案,并实施行动计划确保质量管理体系的效能<br/>2. Quality Planning 质量规划: <br/>- Develop, deploy and maintain the quality planning system (i.e. control plans, etc.) <br/>- Align the site budget, personnel, continuous improvement projects and kaizen events.<br/>开发、部署和维护质量控制规划体系;规划领导质量持续改善项目和活动<br/>3. Root Cause, Corrective Action Management and Warranty Quality Analysis 质量根源分析,矫正措施管理分析及质量担保分析: <br/>- Review all the corrective actions submitted by the team for final approval. <br/>- Complete analytical review of the QMS to support reduction in scrap, rework, and warranty. <br/>- Summarize corrective action results and feed back into the QMS for continuous improvement. <br/>审核质量矫正措施方案,分析并审核质量管理体系,减少废料、返修和质保问题;总结矫正措施结果并为持续改善提供反馈<br/>4. Customer Quality Requirements 客户质量要求: <br/>- Determine cost and capability of meeting customer requirements.<br/>- Get customer approval on deviations as required. <br/>- Implement systems to meet customer requirements. <br/>- Provide evidence of meeting customer requirements.<br/>在成本和能力范围内,实施质量管理体系和各项措施,以满足客户需求<br/>任职要求:<br/>- Bachelor degree or above 统招本科及以上学历<br/>- 5 years above working experience of Quality Management in manufacturing industry 五年以上机械/制造行业质量管理工作经验<br/>- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years 精益六西格玛绿带及以上<br/>- Good English both in written and oral. 英语书面及口语流利<br/>- Strong ledership, management and communication skills 较强的领导能力、管理能力和沟通能力<br/>- Profound technical knowledge and critical thinking, result and performance oriented 深入的专业知识,较强的思辨能力,结果导向<br/>- Rich experience in teamwork and people management 具备丰富的团队管理经验
