The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager who will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, human resources, and administration.
Major Tasks and Responsibilitie
Responsible for compliance and regulatory issues pertaining to the import and export business
Responsible for financing activities, local taxation rules and inland revenue submissions
Generally responsible for ensuring the company complies with local and international accountings standards and procedures
Executive leadership on proper financing activities and all necessary and required disclosures , meeting group reporting deadlines, intra group accounting and financial matters, preparation/submission of Annual Group Statutory Accounts Pack, liaising with Auditors.
Supporting the Operations Teams in costing and margin analysis and consulting as required.
Involvement in Group-wide HR matters

l Minimum of a bachelors’ degree, ideally with an CPA qualification
l Trading company experience is preffered
l Ideally 5+ years of broad financial management experience
l Knowledge of accounting and reporting software and experience designing financial, spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
l A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem solving, skills which support and enable sound decision making
l Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
l A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment
