1.Support Head of Membership, China to identify potential opportunities, develop and maintain in-depth relationships with important partners to generate growth, enhance recognition of ACCA and employability of members and students in Southern China.
2.Establish new and maintain current relationship with local authorities, regulators and associations to raise ACCA’s reputation and recognition in the region
3.Working with strategic partners to organise high profile events, especially in tier 2/3 cities, to raise ACCA’s reputation and influence locally and collect potential sales leads
4.Identify and develop relationships with key members in the region to promote ACCA to other stakeholders, e.g., employers, government and universities
5.Manage the operations of professional networks, online communities and social networks to effectively engage members and affiliates in the region
6.Implement local plans and activities in member conversion and retention to meet agreed new member and retention targets
7.Organise annual CPD and professional networking events to meet members’ development needs and manage relationships with related partners and suppliers

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
A bachelor degree with at least 5 year solid working experiences on marketing, sales, PR and event management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and external contacts/clients at all levels
Excellent presentation and sales skills
Excellent proficiency in English writing and speaking
IT proficiency and good working knowledge of computer applications
Self-motivated, proactive with strong sense of responsibility, great team work spirit and good attention to details
High level of integrity and self-discipline.
