职位描述
1、负责品牌部全面工作;
2、拟定品牌发展规划并监督执行;
3、组织宣传及广告投放策略研究; 4、拟定广告采购战术,组织广告效果评估;
5、统筹各类展会的评估及实施工作; 6、统筹公关事件行销与活动策划; 7、协调品牌宣传推广,提高宣传效果,提升品牌高度;
8、负责新产品及配套物料设计、打样及封样;
9、负责协调、管理与考核包装、设计等中介机构的工作;
10、组织内部员工业务学习与技能提升;

Main Responsibilities 主要职责
• Develop sound marketing strategies and effectively lead a team to: 
Formulate and implement overall marketing strategies 制定有效益的综合市场策略,领导市场部团队
- Develop and direct overall marketing plans including advertising, public relations programs and road show etc. to enhance the image of TPSD range.制定综合市场计划:包括广告,公关,路演等来提升沱牌舍得酒业产品系列的形象
- Plan and execute the customer relationship program and promotion plan to support business objectives for retail and AFH business.制定并执行CRM客户关系管理计划来支持并达成总体业务目标
- Oversee the evaluations of market reactions and market research. 监控市场评估,市场反应和市场调研
- Direct merchandise management in all channels to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness, including forecasting, pricing and marketing models. 制定在不同销售渠道中的产品陈列方案,提高市场效益方案:包括预测,价格,和市场营运模式
- Supervise sales team to develop and execute a consistent brand presentation in all communications. 指导销售队伍贯切执行一致性品牌和宣传策略
• Product portfolio management 产品组合管理
- Initiate and participate in the product portfolio strategy and new product development and launch to support overall business. 参与产品组合策略及新品研发上市,支持整体业务的发展。
- Work closely with sales, technical and production team to develop product innovation to maximize regional / local seasonal opportunities. 与销售,技术和生产团队紧密合作推动产品创意充分把握区域销售季节机遇
• People management 人员管理
- Lead, train and develop a high performing marketing and merchandising team and relationship. Manage the manpower effectively and to ensure high service standard and high team spirit among staff.领导,培训和发展高效市场和货品管理队伍。在合理化人员架构的气氛中确保优异市场服务理念和高昂团队精神

Experience & Qualification 经验与资历
Minimum Qualification (Knowledge & Experience): 最低要求 知识与经验
• University degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines. 大学本科学历,主修市场,传媒或相关学科
• Excellent knowledge of marketing and brand building, with strong track record of success. 优异市场管理和品牌建立专业知识,通过职业生涯纪录证明
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial sense and business acumen.
战略思维并具备高度商业触觉
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with Global / International and local teams.

Preferred Qualification (Knowledge & Experience): 期望资历 知识和经验
• 10+ years of related working experience with multinational environment exposure, preferably in building a premium positioned retail brand in China. 十年或以上在跨国企业中任职(拥有建立高端零售产品经验为佳)
