The Development Quality Assurance (DQA) Engineer works as part of a team responsible for Verification or Validation of product software, ensuring that Accuray products are safe and effective for patients, function as designed, and meet clinical needs and intended use. The DQA Engineer prepares, maintains, and executes test activities using state of the art test management, anomaly tracking, and requirement management tools.
The DQA Engineer reports to a DQA Manager within the Regulatory Quality Compliance Department.
3.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Writes and/or updates manual test protocols.
·Performs software installation/upgrades.
·Executes test protocols, identifying and logging anomalies.
·Participates in review of anomalies and conducts verification of corrected anomalies.
·Participates in the creation of test reports.
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education, training and/or experience.
·Up to two years of software testing experience.
·Strong attention to detail.
·Excellent problem solving skills.
·Demonstrated ability to work in a team work environment.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Good communication skills in English.
