职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
(this should be a list of key activity areas associated with the job – there should be no more than 6-8 in total and should only describe the significant “chunks” of activity in the job. Key responsibilities should be written as what the activity is, how it is carried out and why it is significant (i.e the end result) - e.g “to complete annual data returns through the production of excel spread sheets for each market thereby enabling the provider to hold a current list of employees by region”.

1.Engage top students - profile them and trace their performance to brand success practice and stories

2.Work with education partners to enhance their students’ employability through delivery of practical training and skill-enhancement seminars/workshops

3.Support line manager to design and conduct exam intervention plan – more initiatives to boost exam entry

4.Coordinate communication with ALPs/ALP-c to grow the CBE exam adoption, including such campaign support

5.Arrange online/offline campaigns/activities aimed at uplifting student progression

6.Support in office signature events and tasks as assigned by line manager



Key Metrics (financial and/or non-financial):

Work with line manager to achieve the following:
-student retention
-exam entry (mainstay on CBE F5-F9 adoption)
-satisfaction rate and NPS



Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
(outline the educational requirements of the job, the behavioural or technical skills required to carry out the job effectively and the type of experience that is needed to be able to perform effectively in the role. Experience should not be written as “number of years” but should explain the exact nature of the experience that would determine success, (e.g. significant experience of having line managed sizeable teams through organisational change).

- Bachelor degree and above
- 3-5 years related experience in customer relations
- Team player, excellent collaborative with other divisions
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skils

3.组织小型活动的能力,要经常到校园进行宣讲;
4.办公软件熟练使用,WORD, PPT技能;
5.2-3年经验,行业不限,出差一个月1-2次;
6.薪资12K/月*13 ,男女不限制。同部门还有2个人员。
7.合同期:2017年9月1日-2019年3月31日。
